We provide minor home repairs for older adult homeowners.
The Shepherd’s Center offers a variety of home repairs for older adult homeowners, raising all the necessary funds since most of those we serve cannot afford the repairs themselves.

Our goal is to help seniors stay in their homes.
We collaborate with volunteer groups, funders and contractors to ensure that older adults can safely stay in their homes and communities as they age.
In 2023, we completed 350 repairs in the homes of 150 individuals. Of these, 79 percent were women, often living alone after the loss of a spouse, 71 percent were from minority populations, and most were considered very low income.
We’ve been providing minor home repairs for over 30 years, and our program has grown significantly in response to community needs.
