FINANCIAL PLANNING LUNCH & LEARN
It’s never too late to save, invest and plan your financial future – even if starting late in life.

Life-long Learning
Adventures in Learning
Adventures in Learning is a monthly learning series held at Grace Lutheran Church (3333 Wood Ave, Kansas City, Kansas) on the third Friday of every month.
The Lunch and Learn offering begins with a health screening such as blood pressure checks, a local, insightful speaker, and then lunch.

Creative Classes
The Shepherd’s Center offers Creative Classes including activities such as card making, scrapbooking, book discussions, knitting and crochet.
TALK Books
TALK Books is an in-depth focus event about literature in Kansas in connection with Humanities Kansas.
Health Support
Health Screenings
Health screenings are offered at monthly Healthy Lunch and learn events. We also provide check-in calls to older adults, food delivery and vaccine drives.
Vials of Life
We can supply you with the Vial of life, a container that allows you to have important medical information stored and is easily accessible by first responders.
Ambulance Membership Program
We provide information on the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department Ambulance Membership Program.
Healthy Aging Activities
The Shepherd’s Center of Kansas City Kansas promotes healthy aging activities provided by the KU Landon Center and the K-State Research and Extension.
